Library and imported documents

Open Library to browse imported documents alongside the available chapters, posts and research groups. Use its Import action or drop a supported .md, .txt, .docx or .pdf file onto the page. Choose a document to inspect the imported text. PDF extraction depends on the source file: scanned page images are not a guarantee of usable text.

This Library import differs from importing a structured manuscript into a book. Use the book manuscript importer for Parts/chapters, Media Library for images, and Reference Library for reusable creative text. Keep originals and review formatting after import; an imported copy is not a backup of your complete workspace.
